Beauty Salon, Barber Shop and Spa • A licensed, independent on-site barber shop, salon and spa on the fourth floor keeps everyone looking good.

General Store • Run out of toothpaste? Need a last minute birthday card? Just pop into our General Store. It's packed with toiletries, cards, candy and selected gift items.

Housekeeping • Every other week, Smith Village provides housekeeping and linen services. All residences have a washer and dryer for residents' personal laundry.

Transportation • There is a comfortable small-capacity bus that is used for regularly scheduled shopping and cultural trips and group outings. For resident car-owners, free outdoor parking is readily available. Space in the underground garage may be reserved for a monthly fee.

Postal Center • No need to brave the elements to mail a letter. Take advantage of Smith Village's on-site postal services.

Banking • Every Tuesday, Marquette Bank staff works at Smith Village to provide banking services for all residents.

Security and Medical Needs • Security personnel are on-site 24 hours a day, seven days a week, 365 days a year. Each residence has a morning check-in button to confirm the occupant's well-being. Additionally, there are alert buttons throughout the community.

House calls (Almost!) • Some of the top physicians in the area offer regular appointments at Smith Village. Internists, a gerontologist, dentist, podiatrist, geriatric psychiatrist, chiropractor, audiologist and ophthalmologist work with the Director of Activities to confirm appointments.
