Smith Village hosts special events to which other seniors are invited. To enjoy an open-to-the-public presentation and take a tour, simply phone 773-474-7300 to make your reservation. It is a great way to sample the Smith Village experience.

Smith Village regularly schedules Lunch and Learn programs on Thursdays. People interested in learning more about the community's Independent Living lifestyle meet current residents over lunch and take a tour of the campus.

The Many Faces of Dementia

 Dementia takes many forms, all of which accelerate memory loss. Our medical director Dr. Michael Thomas D.O. will talk about the differences between Alzheimer's, Lewy Body, Multi-Infarct and other manifestations of dementia during our monthly memory support meeting. Illinois Philharmonic Orchestra's
"No Place Like Home" Concerts
Saturday, February 11, at 8pm
Sunday, February 12, at 3pm
Smith Senior Living is the proud sponsor of the "No Place Like Home" February concerts by the Illinois Philharmonic Orchestra.
• Saturday, February 11, the concert will be held at the Lincolnway Performing Arts Center at 19900 S. Harlem Avenue in Tinley Park—beginning at 8pm.
• On Sunday, February 12, the concert is at the Ozinga Chapel located at Trinity Christian College in Palos Heights. It begins at 3pm.
